The development of natural killer (NK) cells relies on the regulation of transcription factors and its function are controled by intergrating signals from the related receptors.To fully understand the scheme of NK cell development and find out useful new transcription factors and receptors, we conducted the microchips. We used microarrays to identify up-regulated transcription factors during different differentiation stages and related receptors in the last stage. We collected the cells at different time points, from the first week to the fifth week, during the differentiation process from cord blood CD34 positive cells to NK cells in vitro.

自然杀伤(natural killer, NK)细胞的发育依赖于转录因子的调控,其功能通过整合相关受体传递的信号实现调控。为全面解析NK细胞的发育机制,并筛选具有应用价值的新型转录因子与受体,我们开展了基因芯片实验。我们采用微阵列(microarrays)技术,鉴定了NK细胞不同分化阶段中上调表达的转录因子,以及终末分化阶段的相关受体。我们收集了体外脐带血CD34阳性细胞向NK细胞分化过程中,第1周至第5周各时间点的细胞样本。
