We obtained L. kefiri (JCM5818) and L. kefiranofaciens (JCM6985) from the Japan Collection of Microorganisms (JCM). Bacteria were grown together at two different temperatures of 30C and 37C profiled for transcriptomics, metabolomics, and proteomics. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for L. kefiri and L. kefiranofaciens co-culture at 30C and 37C with 10 biological replicates at each temperature point.

本研究从日本微生物保藏中心(Japan Collection of Microorganisms, JCM)获取了L. kefiri JCM5818与L. kefiranofaciens JCM6985两株菌株。将上述菌株于30℃及37℃两个温度条件下共培养,随后对培养物进行转录组学(transcriptomics)、代谢组学(metabolomics)及蛋白质组学(proteomics)表征分析。针对30℃与37℃下共培养的L. kefiri与L. kefiranofaciens的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展比较基因表达谱分析,且每个温度条件均设置10次生物学重复。
