Data and code used for the Mediation Analysis with Measurement Error Manuscript. Data includes liver tissue gene expression, protein abundance, and genotypes from 192 Diversity Outbred (DO) mice and 116 Collaborative Cross mice; kidney tissue gene expression and genotypes from 188 DO mice; and gene expression and chromatin accessibility from 63 human Lymphoblastoid Cell Lines. Code for simulatng and processing data, running analyses, and producing figures are included.
