Seasonal (2017-2018) diet of pelagic whitefish and sticklebacks in Upper Lake Constance

From April 2017 to May 2018, fishing with gillnets and trawling, as well as zooplankton sampling was performed on monthly basis in the pelagic zone of Upper Lake Constance, Germany. Datasets contain information about the seasonal density of zooplankton species, as well as whitefish' and sticklebacks' seasonal diet.

2017年4月至2018年5月，研究团队在德国康斯坦茨上湖（Upper Lake Constance）的敞水带（pelagic zone）按月开展刺网捕捞、拖网捕捞及浮游动物（zooplankton）采样工作。本数据集涵盖浮游动物物种的季节密度数据，以及白鲑（whitefish）与棘鱼（sticklebacks）的季节食性信息。
