<b>Data on ethnobotanical use of botanical resources in Nigeria</b>

The study systematically gathered ethnobotanical literature from various databases covering the period from 1964 to 2025. The study identified 962 plants across 144 families used for various purposes such as medicine, spirituality, cosmetics, biopesticides, and fuelwood本研究系统性地搜集了1964年至2025年间来自多个数据库的民族植物学文献。经统计，本研究共鉴定出隶属于144个科的962种植物，这些植物可被用于医药、精神信仰、化妆品、生物农药以及薪柴等多种用途。
