This submission is a dataset of single-nucleus multi-omics of uninjured and injured spinal cords of mice harvested and profiled using 10x Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression kit. Overall design: We used single-nucleus RNA-sequencing and single-nucleus ATAC-sequencing to profile the mid thoracic spinal cord of uninjured and injured mice at acute and chronic post-spinal cord injury.
