XPlanung dataset BPL “Pfarracker-Schlossackern — 5th change”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Pfarrackern-Schlossackern — 5th Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located in Seelbach, about 500 m northwest of the village centre. The size of the planned area is approximately 11 ha, of which 6.6 ha are in the change area and 4.6 ha, in the lifting area.开发规划（BPL）包含具备法律约束力的城市规划法定要求。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为塞尔巴赫（Seelbach）市采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《Pfarrackern-Schlossackern——第五次修订版》开发规划。规划说明：该规划地块坐落于塞尔巴赫村内，距村庄中心西北侧约500米；规划地块总面积约11公顷，其中6.6公顷位于变更区域，4.6公顷位于提升区域。
