We performed deep mutational scanning and related experiments on a collection of wildtype and mutated receptor-binding domains (RBDs) from a panel of SARS-related coronavirus isolates, including a pan-sarbecovirus survey library and complete deep mutational scans in RshSTT182, SARS-CoV-1, RsYN04, PRD-0038, and RmYN02. We used these libraries to measure phenotypes such as binding to ACE2 orthologs or antibodies.
