RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.本数据集为针对常见细菌性致病菌在施加与未施加多种抗生素条件下的RNA测序（RNA-Seq）实验数据。实验选取两株敏感分离株与两株耐药分离株，在实验室培养体系中进行抗生素暴露处理；分别于多个时间点从添加抗生素与未添加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建cDNA文库以用于Illumina测序。
