OpenEBench Software Observatory data dump

Data dump of the OpenEBench Software Observatory, consisting in metadata of software in the Life Sciences domain extracted from several sources. All collections contain the same information at different points in the processing pipeline: - <em>alambique</em> collection contains metadata as extracted from sources. - <em>pretools</em> is the harmonized version of such metadata. - <em>tools </em>is the final integrated collection of software metadata used to identify trends and perform FAIRness evaluations. <strong>Repository</strong> containing the code used to generate the datasets: https://gitlab.bsc.es/inb/elixir/software-observatory/FAIRsoft_ETLOpenEBench软件观测台的数据转储，由从多个来源提取的生命科学领域软件元数据组成。所有数据集集合在处理流水线的不同节点均包含相同信息： - <em>alambique</em> 集合：存储从各来源直接提取的元数据。 - <em>pretools</em> 集合：为该元数据经统一规范化后的版本。 - <em>tools</em> 集合：为用于识别领域趋势并开展FAIR性评估的最终集成化软件元数据集合。 <strong>代码仓库</strong>：存放生成该数据集所用代码的仓库，地址为 https://gitlab.bsc.es/inb/elixir/software-observatory/FAIRsoft_ETL
