This collection contains commonly used ICBM MNI152 brain templates (T1-weighted and T2-weighted), in both their original form and skull-stripped versions. Skull-stripped files include the suffix "bet" in their filenames. Included templates: ICBM MNI152 2006 T1w symmetric (original + skull-stripped) ICBM MNI152 2009a T1w symmetric (original + skull-stripped) ICBM MNI152 2009a T2w symmetric (original + skull-stripped) ICBM MNI152 2009a T1w asymmetric (original + skull-stripped) ICBM MNI152 2009a T2w asymmetric (original + skull-stripped) These templates originate from the McConnell Brain Imaging Centre (MNI) and are publicly available for academic use. Skull-stripping was performed using the ANTs software package (see citation below).
