Category: Transportation The High Injury Network 2022 (HIN) represents 8.9% of Houston streets which account for 58% of traffic deaths and serious injuries. High Injury Network corridors: Traffic deaths and serious injuries occurring on Houston streets in a 5-year timeframe between 2018-2022. Crash data extracted from the Texas Department of Transportation Crash Record Information System (CRIS) and geocoded based on crash location (latitude and longitude).
