A Comparative Analytical Study on Academic Novelty of Cover and Non-Cover Papers ——An Example from the Field of Nanotechnology

This study breaks the original research perspective of cover papers, no longer discussing the academic or social influence gain brought by becoming a cover paper, but starting from the content level of the paper, exploring whether the cover paper carries higher academic novelty, so as to provide certain references for improving the efficiency of the allocation of readers' attention in journals, optimizing the academic evaluation system, and so on.

本研究打破了针对封面论文（cover paper）的传统研究视角，不再围绕成为封面论文所带来的学术与社会影响力增益展开探讨，转而从论文内容层面切入，探究封面论文是否承载了更高的学术创新性，以期为提升期刊内读者注意力分配效率、优化学术评价体系等方面提供一定参考。
