This file contains R code used to collect sports scores from masseyratings.com and to fit the scores according to the statistical models described in "A Diagnostic for Bias in Linear Mixed Model Estimators Induced by Dependence Between the Random Effects and the Corresponding Model Matrix" by Andrew Karl and Dale Zimmerman. The CSV files contain the results of the model fitting procedures and are the source of the graphics in the paper.
