We established a transcriptome cohort of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (n=553) with RNA sequencing. This dataset of cord blood CD34+ cells (n=5, indivisual lots) is normal controls to characterize leukemia-specific expression patterns. Human RNASeq samples for cord blood CD34+ cells (n=5, indivisual lots) are normal controls to characterize leukemia-specific expression patterns.

本研究通过RNA测序(RNA sequencing)构建了纳入553例儿童急性髓系白血病(pediatric acute myeloid leukemia)样本的转录组队列。本数据集包含5个独立批次的脐带血CD34+细胞,作为正常对照,用于解析白血病特异性表达模式。针对脐带血CD34+细胞的人类RNA测序样本(共5个独立批次),同样作为正常对照,用于解析白血病特异性表达模式。
