(1)上海市百米高楼时空数据集是在全面调查获取上海市房屋现状的基础上针对百米高楼类别加工、整理的专项数据集。数据全部为上海市测绘院自主加工生产。主要包括以下几个关键点过程。(2)数据准备。以上海市测绘院三维激光扫描系统、低空摄影测量系统等自行采集处理得到的上海市卫星数据和基础地理信息数据为基础,利用单位研发的上海市地名地址库处理工具箱软件、基于AI技术的地名地址搜索软件等专业地理信息系统软件,对上海市建筑、特别是高度在100m以上的建筑进行提取,以街道行政区划为单位,将整个上海市划分为多个普查作业区域,为后续工作做准备。(3)数据补充调查。组织调查人员对已有信息进行系统整理的同时,同步开展相关信息补充调查与核实工作,包括建筑名称、建筑地址、所属行政区、建筑层数、建筑状态、现状高度、建筑类型等内容。(4)数据加工整理。结合基础地理信息数据对最终调查核实的数据做标准化处理,对属性信息与空间信息进行关联处理,形成矢量数据、百米高楼数据表格,并在此基础上融合基础地理信息数据编制分析报告。研发团队采用了8台高性能计算机群进行百米高楼成果集分析、处理工作,单台计算机内存容量达到 128GB,CPU核数达到32核;生产的数据通过硬盘进行存储。数据存储在单位成果机房服务器(内网)中,使用分布式集群技术存贮,以刻录拷贝方式传输研发团队为支撑百米高楼的建筑地址处理,开发了上海市地名地址库处理工具箱软件;为支撑建筑地址匹配,开发了基于AI技术的地名地址搜索软件;研发了面向新型基础测绘的矢量数据属性编辑软件,实现了上海市域百米高楼矢量点的生成以及相关属性的编辑;开发了基于交通可达性等多源数据的百米高楼分析方法;开发了上海市测绘院数据清单和指标可视化平台软件,支撑了百米高楼报告分析;相关成果已形成软件著作。

(1) The Spatiotemporal Dataset of 100m+ High-Rise Buildings in Shanghai is a specialized dataset processed and organized for the category of buildings with a height of 100 meters or above, based on a comprehensive survey of the current housing status in Shanghai. All data was independently produced and processed by the Shanghai Surveying and Mapping Institute. The core production workflow includes the following stages. (2) Data Preparation: Based on Shanghai satellite data and basic geographic information data collected and processed by the Shanghai Surveying and Mapping Institute using its self-developed 3D laser scanning system, low-altitude photogrammetry system and other equipment, professional GIS software such as the Shanghai Place Name and Address Database Processing Toolbox and AI-powered place name and address search software developed by the institute were used to extract buildings in Shanghai, especially those with a height of 100 meters or above. Taking street-level administrative divisions as the unit, the entire city of Shanghai was divided into multiple census operation zones to prepare for subsequent work. (3) Data Supplementary Survey: While organizing investigators to systematically organize existing information, simultaneous supplementary surveys and verification of relevant information were carried out, including building name, building address, affiliated administrative district, number of building floors, building status, current height, building type and other contents. (4) Data Processing and Organization: Standardized processing was performed on the finally surveyed and verified data in combination with basic geographic information data, and association processing was conducted between attribute information and spatial information to form vector data and 100m+ high-rise building data tables. On this basis, analysis reports were compiled by fusing basic geographic information data. The R&D team used a high-performance computing cluster consisting of 8 individual computers to analyze and process the 100m+ high-rise building result dataset. Each single computer has a memory capacity of 128GB and 32 CPU cores. The produced data is stored on hard disks. The data is stored on the intranet server of the institute's achievement storage machine room, using distributed cluster technology for storage, and transmitted via burning and copying. To support the processing of building addresses for 100m+ high-rise buildings, the R&D team developed the Shanghai Place Name and Address Database Processing Toolbox; to support building address matching, they developed an AI-powered place name and address search software; they also developed vector data attribute editing software for new-type basic surveying and mapping, which realized the generation of vector points of 100m+ high-rise buildings within the Shanghai municipal scope and the editing of their related attributes; they developed a 100m+ high-rise building analysis method based on multi-source data such as traffic accessibility; they developed the Shanghai Surveying and Mapping Institute Data List and Indicator Visualization Platform Software, which supported the analysis of 100m+ high-rise building reports. The relevant achievements have obtained software copyright registrations.
