Cell atlas of the regenerating human liver after portal vein embolization

Data is deposited as RDS files, RData, and a csv file. The RDS/RData contain Seurat v3 objects.

Brief description of data files:
- allcells_css_annot.rds - Seurat containing all cells (scRNA-seq), along with various annotations (see figs 2 and 5 in the associated manuscript).
- hep_zonation_metadata.csv - Table in csv format containing inferred zonation values for hepatocytes. Can be combined with hepatocytes from the previous file.
- endothelial_cells_annot.rds - Seurat containing only the endothelial cells, and including more annotation of those populations (see fig 4 in the associated manuscript).
- frozen_tissue_dataset.rdata - Seurat containing all nuclei (snRNA-seq) and corresponding annotations (see fig 1 of the associated manuscript)

本数据集对应研究《门静脉栓塞术后再生人肝脏细胞图谱》（Cell atlas of the regenerating human liver after portal vein embolization），包含经过预处理的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq, scRNA-seq）与单细胞核RNA测序（single-nucleus RNA-seq, snRNA-seq）数据。相关原始研究见于：https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.06.03.444016v1。
数据集以RDS文件、RData文件及CSV文件形式存档，其中RDS/RData文件内含Seurat v3分析对象。

数据文件简要说明如下：
- allcells_css_annot.rds：包含全部细胞的Seurat对象（对应scRNA-seq数据），附带多种注释信息（详见关联论文的图2与图5）。
- hep_zonation_metadata.csv：CSV格式表格，包含推断得到的肝细胞分区值，可与前述文件中的肝细胞数据合并使用。
- endothelial_cells_annot.rds：仅包含内皮细胞的Seurat对象，附带该类细胞群的更详细注释信息（详见关联论文的图4）。
- frozen_tissue_dataset.rdata：包含全部细胞核的Seurat对象（对应snRNA-seq数据）及其对应注释信息（详见关联论文的图1）。
