Lysine, an essential amino acid (AA) for pig nutrition, is typically the first limiting AA in those common grain-based swine diets. At biochemical level, lysine has regulatory effects on gene expression, which can alter animal metabolic and signaling pathways associated with protein and lipid metabolism.The hypothesis for this study is that the dietary lysine restriction will negatively affect the genes expression associated with muscle protein accretion and lipid metabolism.The objective of this study was to use RNA-Seq to investigate the effects of dietary lysine restriction on the global gene expression profile in the longissimus dorsi muscle of young growing pigs.
赖氨酸是猪营养所需的必需氨基酸(amino acid,AA),在常见的谷物型猪日粮中通常为第一限制性氨基酸。在生化层面,赖氨酸对基因表达具有调控作用,可改变与蛋白质和脂质代谢相关的动物代谢及信号通路。本研究的假说为:日粮赖氨酸限制会对与肌肉蛋白质沉积及脂质代谢相关的基因表达产生负面影响。本研究的目的是利用RNA-Seq技术,探究日粮赖氨酸限制对青年生长猪背最长肌中全基因组基因表达谱的影响。
