H3K4me1 profiling of OSCC cells following in vitro exposure to palmitic acid (PA) for 4 days and after 14 days of palmitic acid withdrawal. Overall design: H3K4me1 ChIPs for Untreated and post 14 days palmitic acid (PA)-treated SCC-25 and VDH-15 cells were performed in biological triplicates. The aim of this data set was to determine whether H3K4me1 displayed different ChIP profiles 14 days post PA stimulation when compared to the control Untreated condition (control pLKO.1); allowing us to characterize the long-term effects of PA stimulation in the H3K4me1 profile of our cells. Please note that the 'input DNA_SCC-25' (GSM4489073) is duplicated sample record of GSM4489060 for the convenient retrieval of the complete raw data from SRA as it was re-used.

本数据集针对体外暴露于棕榈酸(palmitic acid, PA)4天、以及撤除棕榈酸14天后的口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma, OSCC)细胞,开展H3K4me1(组蛋白H3第4位赖氨酸单甲基化)谱分析。 实验整体设计:对未处理组,以及经PA暴露4天并撤除PA后培养14天的SCC-25与VDH-15细胞进行H3K4me1染色质免疫沉淀(Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, ChIP)实验,每组设置三次生物学重复。 本数据集的研究目的为:相较于未处理对照组(对照pLKO.1载体),探究PA刺激14天后细胞的H3K4me1 ChIP谱是否存在差异,以此解析PA刺激对细胞H3K4me1修饰谱产生的长期影响。 请注意:'input DNA_SCC-25'(GSM4489073)为GSM4489060的重复样本记录,因需复用该样本以方便从序列读存档(Sequence Read Archive, SRA)中完整获取原始数据。
