本研究从3名患者处采集外周血，分别采用EDTA采血管与Streck采血管两类采样管进行样本收集。分离血浆后，从剩余血液中提取脱氧核糖核酸（DNA），并开展微阵列（array）谱分析。实验整体设计如下：共纳入3名患者，每名患者均对应EDTA样本与Streck样本各1份。
