Belize 2013: TRaC study measuring sexual behavior among Men who have sex with men in Belize. Round 3.

GOAL OF THE TRaC STUDY Evidence from this study will be used to evaluate and improve current communication campaigns and their effect on the target population of Male who have Sex with Men (MSM) and Trans (transgender, transsexual, transvestite). It will also help design new activities directed to them by determining factors associated with healthy key behaviors. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES - Measure change and monitor progress on the objectives of USAIDs Combination Prevention for PASMO and PEPFARs Gender Enhanced complementing approach. - Determine the preliminary impact of PASMOs interventions among MSM - Validate factors that have been usually associated with the desired behavior: consistent condom use with all male partners in the last month. - Set a baseline for the Opportunity, Ability and Motivation (OAM) factors in which the program will work for the next two years

- 评估并监测美国国际开发署（USAID）PASMO男男性行为者综合预防项目与美国总统艾滋病救济紧急计划（PEPFAR）性别强化补充方案的目标进展与变化情况
- 明确PASMO干预项目在男男性行为者群体中的初步实施成效
- 验证与目标行为（近一个月内与所有男性伴侣坚持使用安全套）相关的既往关联影响因素
- 为未来两年项目将聚焦的「机会-能力-动机（Opportunity, Ability and Motivation, OAM）」三维影响因素设定基线数据
