Klebsiella sp. VKM B-1736 Genome sequencing and assembly. Klebsiella sp. VKM B-1436

The project aims to sequence and analyse Klebsiella sp. VKM B-1736 . Assembly sequence was gained by de novo methods, subsequently regarding annotation information was produced by our genomic analysis pipeline. Further study will be carried out with these data.

本项目旨在对克雷伯菌属（Klebsiella）未定种菌株VKM B-1736进行测序与分析。研究首先采用从头组装（de novo）方法获取其基因组组装序列，随后依托本团队自研的基因组分析流程生成了相关注释信息。后续将基于上述数据开展进一步研究。
