We performed Illumina sequencing of sRNA libraries prepared from 10-day-old seedlings in Arabidopsis. SE is a key component in miRNA processing and pre-mRNA splicing, whereas ATXR5/6 is engaged in epigenetic silencing. Genome-wide sRNA sequencing revealed that ATXR5/6 did not participate in SE-mediated miRNA biogenesis. Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing.
本研究对拟南芥(Arabidopsis)10日龄幼苗制备的sRNA(small RNA)文库进行了Illumina测序(Illumina sequencing)。SE是miRNA(microRNA)加工与pre-mRNA剪接的关键组分,ATXR5/6则参与表观遗传沉默(epigenetic silencing)过程。全基因组sRNA测序结果显示,ATXR5/6并未参与SE介导的miRNA生物发生过程。本数据集通过高通量测序(high throughput sequencing)完成了非编码RNA(non-coding RNA)的表达谱分析。
