Database Diary Study on Food Waste in Swiss Households - Additional Data (A)

This database complements version 1 of the Diary Study on Food Waste in Swiss Households (food waste amounts of 14 food categories in gram per capita per week, information about individual and household characteristics, perceived health risk and plate clearing tendencies) and provides additional data on food waste amounts of 61 food products in gram per capita per week, food waste causes, disposal routes, and barriers to food waste reduction. In addition, the database includes optional qualitative responses reflecting participants’ perspectives on food waste prevention strategies. The data were collected from 515 households across Switzerland. The sample covers households from German-, French-, and Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland. All data in the database were translated into English.本数据库为《瑞士家庭食物浪费日记研究（第一版）》（Diary Study on Food Waste in Swiss Households Version 1）提供补充数据，该研究原版本涵盖14个食品类别的人均每周食物浪费量（单位：克）、个人与家庭特征信息、感知健康风险以及餐盘清空倾向。本数据库额外收录了61种食品的人均每周食物浪费量（单位：克）、食物浪费成因、处置途径以及减少食物浪费的阻碍因素相关数据。此外，数据库还包含可选质性回复内容，用以反映受访者对食物浪费预防策略的观点。本次研究共收集瑞士境内515户家庭的相关数据，样本覆盖瑞士德语区、法语区与意大利语区的家庭。数据库内所有数据均已译为英文。
