Expression data in Arabidopsis upf1-1 and upf3-1 mutants.. Arabidopsis thaliana

We applied the tiling arrays to study the Arabidopsis whole-genome transcriptome in Arabidopsis upf1-1 and upf3-1 mutants. Keywords: untreated condition Overall design: Fifteen-day-old Arabidopsis plants grown on the agar plates. The total RNA was prepared from 15-day-old Arabidopsis plants (wild type (WT, UPF), upf1-1 and upf3-1) and used for the microarray hybridization. Three replicative hybridization experiments for each strand array were carried out using the independent biological RNA samples.

本研究采用平铺式基因组芯片（tiling arrays），对拟南芥upf1-1与upf3-1突变体的全基因组转录组展开分析。

实验设计：实验材料为培养于琼脂平板上的15日龄拟南芥植株。提取15日龄拟南芥野生型（wild type，WT, UPF）、upf1-1及upf3-1植株的总RNA，用于微阵列芯片杂交实验。针对每条链型芯片，采用独立的生物学重复RNA样品，开展三次重复杂交实验。
