Trade union survey 1974_4

To describe democracy within the trade union movement through the interaction between members and elected representatives. The survey consists of five part studies, with fairly similar variables, carried out on various levels in the trade union structure and on journalists working with labour issues.

Purpose:

The aim of the study is to investigate how the union was ruled during the period and how its internal democracy worked.

本研究通过会员与工会当选代表之间的互动，阐释工会运动中的民主运作逻辑。本次调查包含五部分研究，各部分采用相似度较高的变量，调研覆盖工会架构的各个层级以及从事劳工议题相关工作的新闻从业者。
