Open Tree of Life database files

Contains a newick dump of version 10.4 of the OTOL tree generated on 24 September 2018. This version of the file uses the OTT taxonomy identifiers (rather than labels) as there appeared to be some inconsistency in those. In addition contains a tabular representation of the topology generated by megatree-loader, resulting in a CSV file and a SQLite database file.本数据集包含2018年9月24日生成的OTOL树（OTOL tree）10.4版的Newick格式（Newick）导出文件。该版本文件采用OTT分类学标识符（OTT taxonomy identifiers）而非分类标签，因原分类标签存在一定不一致性。此外，本数据集还包含由megatree-loader生成的系统发育拓扑结构的表格化表示形式，最终生成一个CSV文件与一个SQLite数据库文件。
