Raw 16S rRNA gene sequence fastq files

Raw 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences (forward reads) from dust samples exposed to different experimental daylighting treatments. Dust was collected from residential homes in Eugene, OR, USA. Lighting regimes are indicated by sample names: D are dark, V are visible, and UV are ultraviolet light treatments. The P index indicated those samples were treated with propidium monoazide. 'Control' and 'PCRNeg' samples refer to kit and PCR controls, respectively.

本数据集收录了暴露于不同实验日光处理条件下的尘埃样本的原始16S rRNA基因扩增子序列（正向读段）。所有尘埃样本均采集自美国俄勒冈州尤金市的住宅。样本名称可反映其对应的光照处理方案：D代表黑暗处理组，V代表可见光处理组，UV代表紫外线处理组。样本名称中带有P标记的样本均经过了叠氮溴化丙锭（propidium monoazide，PMA）处理。“对照”与“PCRNeg”样本分别对应试剂盒对照与聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）对照。
