Soil Systems, Inc. Pueblo Grande DMB Unknown BG demography & paleopathology dataset

Pueblo Grande demography/paleopathology data sets are by burial group (BG) under each project heading. If the burial group for a feature is unknown, the data are identified only at the project area or stripping area level. Data contained include age, sex, stature, and presence/absence of various indicators of stress and infectious disease listing elements affected. Stature estimates (when preservation allowed for measurements of femur and/or tibia length) were calculated using corrected regression formulae (del Angel and Cisneros, 2004) originally derived by Genoves (1967). Indication of presence/absence of some diseases (e.g., scurvy, rickets, tuberculsosis, coccidioidomycosis, treponematosis) is followed by presence/absence information of specific skeletal indicators associated with that disease (e.g., bowed long bones, vertebral lytic lesions, caries sicca).

普韦布洛格兰德（Pueblo Grande）的人口统计学与古病理学数据集，均按各项目标题下的墓葬组（Burial Group，BG）分类。若某遗迹所属的墓葬组信息未知，则该数据仅以项目区域或剥离区域为单位进行标识。数据集涵盖年龄、性别、身高，各类应激与传染病标识的有无情况，以及受影响的骨骼元素。身高估算值仅在遗骸保存状况允许测量股骨（Femur）和/或胫骨（Tibia）长度时可开展计算，其采用经校正的回归公式得出，该公式最初由Genoves于1967年推导，后经del Angel与Cisneros（2004）修正。部分疾病（如坏血病（Scurvy）、佝偻病（Rickets）、结核病（Tuberculosis）、球孢子菌病（Coccidioidomycosis）、密螺旋体病（Treponematosis））的有无标注后，均附带与该疾病相关的特定骨骼病变标识的有无信息，例如长骨弯曲、椎体溶骨性病变、干性龋（Caries Sicca）。
