Genome assemblies and annotations of two species of porcelain crabs, <i>Petrolisthes cinctipes</i> and <i>Petrolisthes manimaculis</i> (Anomura: Porcellanidae)

The genomes of the two species, Petrolisthes cinctipes and Petrolisthes manimaculis, assembled into 0.9-1.5 Gb, of which 60-74% was repetitive, and had 42-46K protein coding genes. CSV files are used to link the IDs used in the paper to the NCBI accessions.本数据集包含带纹瓷蟹（Petrolisthes cinctipes）与宽足瓷蟹（Petrolisthes manimaculis）的基因组组装序列，二者组装后的基因组大小为0.9~1.5 Gb，其中60%~74%为重复序列，共编码42~46K个蛋白质编码基因。本研究使用CSV（Comma-Separated Values，逗号分隔值）文件，将论文中使用的标识符与NCBI（National Center for Biotechnology Information）登录号进行关联。
