Wollemia nobilis chloroplast primers and sequences

The data file contains primer sequences designed to verify putative SNPs in the chloroplast DNA of Wollemia nobilis. The sequences that contributed to each of the three chlorotypes characterised in the paper are included along with the position of the variant in the sequence (where one was detected).
