We used microarrays to explore gene expression fold change in breast cancer cells before and after ATP treatment. Overall design: MCF-7 cells before and after 100μM ATP treatment (24h) were for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.

本研究采用微阵列（microarrays）技术，探究三磷酸腺苷（ATP）处理乳腺癌细胞前后的基因表达倍数变化。整体实验设计：将经100μM三磷酸腺苷处理24小时前后的MCF-7细胞用于RNA提取，并在Affymetrix微阵列芯片上完成杂交实验。
