我们通过Fms样酪氨酸激酶3配体（Flt3L）诱导的骨髓来源树突状细胞（dendritic cell，DC）与原代小鼠伤害性感受器（nociceptor）的体外共培养实验，探究了多种条件下伤害性感受器对DC的调控效应。实验整体设计方案：将第9天的Flt3L诱导骨髓DC单独培养，或与伤害性感受器及多种刺激物共培养过夜；随后通过荧光激活细胞分选（fluorescence-activated cell sorting，FACS）对DC亚群进行分选并测序。
