Macrophages are considered as a homogeneous population in the heart. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze thediversity of macrophages in control diet (CD) mouse, high fat diet (HFD) mouse and Western diet (WD) mouse heart. Overall design: CD45+F4/80+CD11b+ macrophages of the diet mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.

巨噬细胞(Macrophages)曾被认为是心脏内的均质细胞群体。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq),分析对照饮食(control diet, CD)、高脂饮食(high fat diet, HFD)及西式饮食(Western diet, WD)干预小鼠的心脏巨噬细胞多样性。整体实验设计:通过荧光激活细胞分选(Fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS)分离上述三组饮食干预小鼠的CD45+F4/80+CD11b+巨噬细胞,随后采用单细胞RNA测序完成分析。
