Cancer Experience Registry (CER)

The Cancer Experience Registry: An Online Survey Research Study to Understand the Experiences of Those Impacted By a Cancer Diagnosis. The Registry is a web-based platform to distribute cross-sectional and longitudinal surveys. Study surveys are designed based on input from advisor experts, including patients and caregivers, and focus on the social, emotional, physical, financial and decision-making experiences of those who have been diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers. Findings contribute toward enhancing care for patients, survivors and caregivers via programming and policy initiatives.癌症体验登记库（The Cancer Experience Registry）：一项旨在探明受癌症诊断影响人群体验的在线调查研究。该登记库为基于网页的平台，用于发放横断面调查与纵向调查。本研究的调查问卷均基于包括患者与护理者在内的专家顾问团的意见设计，聚焦癌症确诊患者及其护理者所经历的社会、情感、生理、财务与决策相关体验。研究成果将通过项目规划与政策制定，助力优化患者、癌症幸存者与护理者的照护服务。
