We demonstrate that the induction of three transcription factors (SOX10, OLIG2, NKX6.2) in hiPSC-derived neural progenitor cells (hiPSC-NPC) is sufficient to rapidly generate O4+ oligodendrocytes with an efficiency of 60 to 70% within 28 days. 我们证实,在人类诱导多能干细胞(human induced pluripotent stem cell, hiPSC)来源的神经前体细胞(hiPSC-NPC)中诱导三种转录因子(SOX10、OLIG2、NKX6.2),可在28天内快速生成O4阳性少突胶质细胞,诱导效率达60%至70%。 实验设计:取自4株独立人类诱导多能干细胞系的神经前体细胞与经转导诱导的少突胶质细胞。
