Selected regions of 15 extended chromatin fibers with prominent cCENH3 and TCAST co-localization were quantified. Pixel intensities along the spline fitted lines were measured, and presence or absence of each signal was evaluated by extracting values that were higher or equal to 0, respectively. The degree of overlapping was calculated based on coincident presence of cCENH3 and TCAST signals. (XLSX)
