Identification of tsRNA in muscle, liver, spleen, and small intestine of IUGR and normal pigs.

We identified the tRNA-derived small RNA (tsRNA) of IUGR and normal pigs. Differential expression analysis was performed on these tsRNAs. In addition, we conducted KEGG functional enrichment analysis on target genes with differentially expressed tsRNA.

本研究鉴定了宫内生长受限（Intrauterine Growth Restriction, IUGR）猪与正常猪的转运RNA衍生小RNA（tRNA-derived small RNA, tsRNA）。随后对上述tsRNA开展了差异表达分析，此外还针对差异表达tsRNA的靶基因进行了KEGG功能富集分析。
