Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Scope of the Technology Risk Prevention Plan (PPRT) of the company MLPC International in Lesgor — Landes (40)

This dataset contains the boundaries at the various stages of the development of the Technological Risk Prevention Plan (TPPP). The characteristic of these perimeters is to be the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects from a specified date.

This is the following:
— prescribed scope contained in the prescription order of a PPR (natural or technological);
— scope of risk exposure that corresponds to the scope regulated by the approved RPP. This approved perimeter is a utility easement (PM3 for PPRTs);
— scope of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied.

本数据集涵盖技术风险防范计划（Technological Risk Prevention Plan, TPPP）开发各阶段的边界范围。此类边界的特征为：系官方行政文书的产物，且自指定日期起生效。
具体如下：
— 载于PPR（天然或技术类）规定文书中载明的法定范围；
— 与经批准的RPP所规制范围相对应的风险暴露范围。该经核准的边界为地役权（utility easement），对应PPRTs的PM3；
— 对应危险源研究覆盖范畴的研究范围。
