In this study, we generated novel RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) datasets from neural precursor cells derived from fibroblast-generated induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) of patients with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and healthy controls, aiming to identify disease-associated genes and elucidate their potential pathophysiological roles in PSP.

本研究从进行性核上性麻痹(Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, PSP)患者及健康对照者的成纤维细胞诱导生成的诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells, iPSCs)分化所得的神经前体细胞中,构建了全新的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据集,旨在识别疾病相关基因并阐明其在PSP中潜在的病理生理作用。
