This study evaluated changes to the microbiome by 16S rRNA gene analysis of the ileal mucosa, ileal digesta, cecal digesta and feces of pigs subsequent to challenge with Lawsonia intracellularis and to an oral live vaccine against L. intracellularis. A gut homogenate model was used for L. intracellularis challenge and different timepoints were evaluated to gain a better understanding of the different stages of infection.

本研究针对经胞内劳森菌(Lawsonia intracellularis)攻毒以及接种抗胞内劳森菌口服活疫苗的猪,通过对其回肠黏膜、回肠食糜、盲肠食糜与粪便进行16S rRNA基因(16S rRNA gene)分析,评估其微生物组的变化。本研究采用肠道匀浆模型开展胞内劳森菌攻毒实验,并设置多个不同时间节点进行检测,以期更深入地解析感染的不同阶段。
