Media and Cell Line Dictionaries

These files are supplementary data for the submitted manuscript "Co-occurrence of Cell Lines, Basal Media and Supplementation in the Biomedical Research Literature". The file 'cellDictionary.csv' contains a dictionary of the cell lines used to annotate our corpus, with a column for the cell line and their synonyms. This is adapted from Cellosaurus, Version 29. The file 'mediaDictionary.csv' contains a dictionary of curated basal medias and their synonyms.本数据集为已投稿论文《生物医学研究文献中细胞系、基础培养基与添加物的共现情况》的补充数据。文件`cellDictionary.csv`包含用于标注本研究语料库的细胞系对照表，内设细胞系及其同义词字段。该细胞系对照表改编自版本29的细胞系数据库（Cellosaurus）。文件`mediaDictionary.csv`包含经人工甄选的基础培养基及其同义词对照表。
