Vibrio vulnificus Transcriptome

Crab is one of the major source for Vibrio vulnificus outbreak in the worldwide due to improperly cooking and wound infection by mishandling. Therefore, the analysis of transcriptome of Vibrio vulnificus contacted with crab are necessary to investigate potential risk of foodborne illness by contaminated products.蟹类是全球创伤弧菌（Vibrio vulnificus）疫情暴发的主要传染源之一，此类暴发多因烹饪不当，或是在处理过程中因操作失误引发的伤口接触感染所导致。因此，对与蟹类接触的创伤弧菌进行转录组（transcriptome）分析，对于探究受污染水产制品引发食源性疾病的潜在风险，是十分必要的。
