Old Cluttersims at Icy Scarps Sites

If you are looking for data from Dundas et al. 2017, please refer to the fileset with doi number 10.6084/m9.figshare.5537893, found at https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.5537893.<br>The clutter simulations at the above link were all processed with the most recent version of the clutter simulator out of Dr. Jack Holt's group at UTexas and are aligned with the FPB processed U.S. SHARAD team data, which is publicly available on the PDS.<br>The dataset here contains a mix of clutter simulations that do not all align with the data on the PDS.<br>The HRSC-based clutter simulations here for scarp sites #1 and 5 (HRSC DTMs h2213_0000_dt4.img and h2587_0001_dt4.img, respectively) are the same as that in the other dataset. These were generated by Michael Christoffersen, who kindly ran code out of Dr. Jack Holt's group at UTexas to generate these products. These files are in the HRSC_Cluttersims folder.<br><br>The MOLA-based clutter simulations for scarp sites #1-7 were generated by CO-SHARPS (Colorado SHARAD Radar Processing System). These use the QDA processor and are not aligned with the data available on the PDS. More information about CO-SHARPS can be found at http://www.psi.edu/SHARAD.<br><br>The MOLA-based cluttersims for the two tracks that pass over Milankovic crater that are in this dataset were also generated by Dr. Holt's UTexas group but with an old version of the clutter simulation (from 2013) for analysis in the Bramson et al. 2015 GRL paper "Widespread excess ice in Arcadia Planitia, Mars" (doi:10.1002/2015GL064844).<br>The clutter simulations in this fileset are inconsistent in processing and so if you are here for the icy scarp sites of Dundas et al. 2017, please go to https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.5537893.
