To investigate the risk bacteria in the regulation of NPC, we established RNA-seq in NPC tissues with high/low abundance of risk bacteria. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of NPC tissues with high/low abundance of risk bacteria. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for NPC tissues with high/low abundance of risk bacteria.

为探究风险菌在鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma, NPC)调控中的作用,我们构建了高丰度与低丰度风险菌的鼻咽癌组织RNA测序(RNA-seq)样本。随后,基于上述高/低丰度风险菌的鼻咽癌组织RNA测序数据,开展基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计:针对高/低丰度风险菌的鼻咽癌组织RNA测序数据,进行对比性基因表达谱分析。
