BMP9 promotes anoikis sensitivity in cancer cell lines. Here we examine the changes in gene expression in response to BMP9 in cells under anoikis to identify potential pathways associated with anoikis sensitivity. Overall design: 6 total samples were analyzed. We performed a pairwise comparison of PA-1 cell line in presence or absence of BMP9. Genes with a p-valued < 0.05 and a fold-change ≥ 2.0 were selected.
