De-identified survey data for job demands, job resources, and burnout among metro site management personnel in China

This repository contains de-identified survey data supporting the study “Job demands, job resources, and burnout among metro site management personnel in China: a cross-sectional study based on the JD-R model.” The study used a two-stage questionnaire design among metro construction site management personnel in China. The pilot survey retained 140 valid responses after screening. The formal survey retained 274 valid responses after screening and was used for the primary analyses. The repository includes de-identified item-level survey data, derived scores, a codebook, and a README file. No direct personal identifiers, employer names, project names, precise locations, contact information, IP addresses, or free-text responses are included.
