Here we reported a young female with systematic lupus erythematosus, who taking high dose of AZA(2.3mg/kg/d) with NUDT15 c.415C>T(TT) homozygote variant and TPMT*2, TPMT*3B and TPMT*3C wildtype, who had not been told to detect routine blood cells counts in time during taking AZA, were suffered from AZA-induced severe myelosuppression and alopecia, as well as her details on dynamic changes of blood cells and treatment outcomes.

本研究报告1例携带NUDT15基因c.415C>T（TT）纯合变异、且TPMT*2、TPMT*3B及TPMT*3C均为野生型的青年女性系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus）患者。该患者接受剂量为2.3mg/kg/d的高剂量硫唑嘌呤（Azathioprine，AZA）治疗，且在用药期间未被及时告知定期检测血常规，最终出现硫唑嘌呤诱导的重度骨髓抑制与脱发。本文同时详细记录了该患者的血细胞动态变化及治疗转归细节。
