BTVote MP Characteristics

The dataset contains characteristics of the all members of parliament (MPs) participating in at least one roll call vote in the first 19 legislative periods of the German Bundestag (1949-2021). It can be linked to the other two BTVote datasets containing characteristics of the motions voted upon and individual voting behavior on roll calls. Information on linking these datasets is provided in the codebook.

本数据集收录了1949年至2021年间德国联邦议院（German Bundestag）第1至第19届中，至少参与过一次记名投票的全体议员的特征信息。该数据集可与另外两个BTVote数据集进行关联，这两个数据集分别涵盖待表决提案的相关特征，以及议员在记名投票中的个人投票行为。关于上述数据集的关联方法，已在代码手册中予以说明。
