Annotations of 250 high quality rice genomes

To identify transposons, it is needed to construct a complete high-quality pan-genome from diverse rice accessions. This project contains annotated information about the genome.为鉴定转座子（transposons），需从多样化的水稻种质资源（rice accessions）中构建完整的高质量泛基因组（pan-genome）。本项目包含该基因组的注释信息。
